The Education Law Center (ELC) was created as a “one-stop” resource to provide easy to find information regarding the law applicable in a school setting. The resources provided represents years of practical experience in working the statutes, regulations and the law related resources applicable to a school setting.
The Education Law Center also has available Michigan attorneys with extensive experience in education law who are available to provide customized seminars designed to meet the varying needs of parents, school staff and non-profit organizations.
While the Education Law Center does not provide any direct legal services, it does maintain a list of Michigan attorneys who each maintain their own individual private practices. Please complete the Contact Form and we will email you the list. Please note that it is then your sole responsibility to select an attorney or attorneys to contact, and then to select an attorney that best meets your needs after discussing with the attorney their experience, your situation and any details associated with establishing an attorney-client relationship, including fees charged, retainer amounts, etc.
If you are an attorney seeking an experienced attorney for a one-time consultation, “of counsel” support or to refer one of your clients, John F. Brower, the ELC Managing Attorney, is available to assist you. A link to use for this purpose is provided.
Thanks for stopping by. We look forward to helping you.
