What
We Do
|
The Educational Law Center directly provides the following services:
Training/Seminars - The attorneys associated with the ELC are available as presenters for training sessions or daylong seminars. The presentations are designed to meet the varying needs of parents, school staff, special education administrators, attorneys, government agencies, Intermediate School Districts, and non-profit organizations.
Legal Services - The Education Law Center does not provide any direct legal services. Those services are provided by the independent attorneys that accept a referral from the Center, then confidentially discuss with the potential client the need and details associated with establishing an attorney-client relationship.
